Providing and laying of 6" thick solid blocks of approved quality for block
masonry wall. This will be done with sand cement mortar 1:4 and fixing of
4'-0" length steel bars at every third layer where ever required. Before Masonry surface to
be prepared for block masonry by cutting the existing floor 2'-0" wide and 1'-0" depth ,
and Repair the surface by 1:4:8 cement sand ratio. And making of block masonry column
on every 10'-0" , Providing of ( Ready made good quality lintel) above the door window
and ventilator where ever required.

Providing & fixing of 2'-0" x 2'-0" 8 mm gypsum false ceiling (United
make )on precast roof with powder coated 1.5"x 1.5 " 14 gauge channel along the wall
and 3/4"x3/4" 14 gauge channel on center span , the channel to be supported with 14
gauge wire with precast room complete in all aspect as directed by school management .

Providing and applying cement plaster 1:4, minimum 1/2" to 3/4" thickness or
upto required depth on internal wall surfaces including splays, jambs, recesses,
edges, drip course, grooves, parapet walls expanded metal (mesh) at junction between
structure and masonry and wherever else required etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of 3/4 "Marble top (Tropical grey ) with full bull nose double edge on
front of approx. size 22'-0" x 2'-0" (Inside & Out side of canteen) . The marble top to be
placed on 2 inch thick precast slab (To be casted on site with 3/8 " dia steel both ways @
8" c/c supported with block masonry on every 4' ft. with complete plaster on both side of
Block masonry with 1:4 ratio of cement sand ratio, Including cutting of sink where
required including 4 " thick platform under the marble counter complete in all aspect as
directed by school management .

Providing and installation of solid flush door with outer frame size 3"x1.5" and filled partal
wood side by side, 1"' thick musawa ply on both sides pressed on pressing machine and
1/2" thick lipping all around shutter in Partal wood ,using 18 guage G.I. sheet for door
frame with 8" by 8 " Vision panel on door. This will include all hardware, S.S. hinges 4 nos.
in each shutter, Khas lock set heavy duty, S.S. tower bolts 12" length, S.S. door stopper,
levelled and aligned with the wall, this will include wooden beading in Partal wood of
approved design , fixing of Aluminum sheet both side shutter (inside 3' out side 1' )and
also cover bottom of shutter for bathroom door only.

Providing and fixing of ventilators & window with 20 gauge G.I sheet for window and
ventilator frame and 4 " thick partal wood to be used for making window ( Same design as
already installed in Section) Including netting window with complete hardware ,using

instruction of school management.

Providing and laying of water proofing solution (Aquafin , Zahabiya , BMT , Basf , or
approved equivalent Providing and laying of new cant strip approx. at all floor wall
junction as per site requirements before making of Cant strip the surface need to be
treated.Before water proofing surface needs to prepared by proper cleaning and joint
filling.

Removing of existing old rolling shutter from old canteen and shift it to new location after
Necessary repairing and servicing with 1 coat of of red oxide and 2 coat of enamel paint of
approved shade (Jotun or equivalent )complete in all aspect.

Supply and installation of 4 " dia upvc pipe ( make AGM) for bathroom including P trap, SS
Jali ,elbow , Tee, Socket, waste jali , Floor drain of shower area and canteen sink ,
connected with 6 dia sewerage pipe to the nearest manhole , before placing of pipe invert
level of manhole to be marked if invert level not found ok new manhole of 2'x2'x2' ( Inside
and Outside) as per site requirements for sewerage and grey water piping to be
constructed with 1:2:4 ratio and PVC Manhole heavy duty cover also finish surrounding
area repairs. & Supply and installation of 3/4" dia upvc pipe (make AGM) for internal
water supply of bathroom shower area and canteen , water supply to be connected with
1 " dia cpvc pipe from existing line to new overhead water tank ( Provided by KGS) above Supply and installation of 3/4" dia upvc pipe (make AGM) for
internal water supply connection of bathroom & canteen, water supply to
be connected 1" dia pipe from existing line to new OHWT(Provided by KGS) above new
rooms and including elbows, T, sockets,S.S. handle valves etc. as per site requirement
complete.
