Same as made on Auditorium roof complete in all aspects as directed by engineer-In-charge "Providing and laying of water proofing membrane (Hy-grip or approved equivalent) including cutting/making of grooves approx. 0.5 to .75"" deep in parapet wall for inserting water proofing membrane and also finish same grooves with waterproof chemical (Zahabiya, aquafin, fospak,BMT or approved equivalent Water proofing must be done upto approx. 8"" height on parapet wall. Providing and laying of cantstrip approx. 0'-6"" to 0'-8"" with ratio1:2:4 and fiber ( Recorn, Matrix or approved equivalent on the edge of prapet wall ,columns, air vents , over head water tank and concrete pads and at all floor wall junction as per site requirements before making of Cant strip the surface need to be treated by tucking and grinding complete in all aspect as directed by Client/Engineer. as per instruction by Engineer in charge . Warranty Period: 10 years Details of Roof treatement. * Surface preparation for application water proofing and heat proofing treatment by removing of existing waterproofing from roof and including grinding the top surface of screeding to make it smooth and shifting of all debris from site at very early stages. If any cavity/cracks found on screed surface, it must be sealed with approved sealant ( Zahabiya, Aquafin, BMT, Fospak). After preparing the surface 1 coat of 60/70 hot bitumen primer to be used as a prime coat (National Refinery or any approved brand). It is a contractor responsiblity to seal all joints of membrane properly and top surface of membrane must be uniform in all area of work. * Contractor is responsible to perform water testing of water proofing and heat proofing including cleaning of roof after completion of job. *Technical data sheet of every item to be submitted along with sample for approval."
