Water proofing must be done upto approx. 8"" height on parapet wall. Providing and laying of cantstrip approx. 0'-6"" to 0'-8"" with ratio 1:2:4 and use synthetic fiber in concrete (Recorn, Matrix or approved equivalent) on the edge of prapet wall, columns, air vents, over head water tank and concrete pads and at all floor wall junction as per site requirements before making of Cantstrip the surface need to be treated by tucking and grinding complete in all respect as directed by Client/Engineer.
Warranty period for waterproofing and heat proofing job: 10 Years.
Details of Roof treatement.
* Surface preparation for application water proofing and heat proofing treatment by removing of existing waterproofing from roof and including grinding the top surface of screeding to make it smooth and shifting of all debris from site at very early stages. If any cavity/cracks found on screed surface, it must be sealed with approved sealant ( Zahabiya, Aquafin, BMT, Fospak or approved equivalant).
* Contractor is responsible to perform water testing of water proofing and heat proofing including cleaning of roof after completion of job.
* Technical data sheet of every item to be submitted along with sample for approval.

"Removing, cutting and chiseling of cracked parapet wall and short column embadded in parapet wall with care including shifting of debris from school premises through trucks as per instruction of school management.
